    • Record or download our video lectures unless an explicit download option is provided.

  • We reserve the right to terminate your account without refund if we detect suspicious activity, such as multiple logins from different locations or sharing of account details.

4. Payments and Pricing

  • Changes: We reserve the right to change our product prices at any time. However, if you have already purchased a course, you will not be charged extra for that specific purchase.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Digital Products (PDFs): Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of PDF notes and downloadable files are final and non-refundable. once the download link has been generated.

  • Courses: “All course purchases are final and non-refundable.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • AKS Academy provides educational materials to assist in your studies. We do not guarantee specific exam results or grades. Your success depends on your own effort and dedication.

  • We are not liable for any technical issues, internet failures, or compatibility problems on your device, though we will try our best to assist you.

7. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in  West Bengal.
