Refund and Cancellation Policy for AKS Academy

1. General Policy
At AKS Academy, we take pride in the quality of our educational content. We provide comprehensive descriptions, sample previews, and free lessons for many of our courses and notes to help you make an informed decision before purchasing.
2. Digital Products (PDF Notes & eBooks)

No Refunds: Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of downloadable files (PDFs, eBooks, Study Materials) are final and non-refundable.

Reason: Once a PDF is downloaded or the link is accessed, the product is considered “consumed” and cannot be returned.

Exception: If you receive a corrupt file or a blank document due to a technical error on our end, please contact us immediately. We will resend the correct file to you manually.
3. Online Courses & Mock Tests

Strict No-Refund Policy: Access to our Learning Management System (LMS), video lectures, and mock test series is non-refundable once the course has been accessed or started.
4. Duplicate Payments

If you paid twice for the same product due to a server error or payment gateway glitch, the extra amount will be refunded.

Timeline: Please email us with both transaction screenshots. We will verify and process the refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
5. How to Request Support
If you face any technical issues (e.g., money deducted but course not unlocked), do not panic. We are here to help.
